It's called Resilient Rural Belize, a joint project for loans and grants to help small farmers build resilience against climate change.

The Memorandum of Understanding that solidifies the project was signed today by CEO Victor Espat of the Ministry of Infrastructure Development and his counterpart in the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development, Dr. Osmon Martinez. Here's more.
