And in other climate variability news, the Ministry of Sustainable Development has partnered with the International Atomic Energy Agency to conduct a regional training course on energy data collection, analysis, and energy modeling.

The participants are from 12 different Caribbean countries, including Belize, and the training they are receiving will assist in planning for more sustainable development and resource management.

At today's training at the Biltmore, we spoke to the Climate Change Officer for Adaptation at the National Climate Change Office, and one of the Facilitators from the UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs.

The training runs from October 17th to the 21st.
