And along with great need, there's also great generosity.

That type of community spirit was on display in Ladyville today when members of the Adventist Church handed out 250 food packages to over 800 persons affected by Hurricane Lisa.

The effort was spearheaded by the Adventist Development and Relief Agency, a multi-national, non-governmental, and non-profit organization that engages in welfare, charitable and philanthropic missions.

This morning, the Belize chapter of ADRA invited the press for the handing out of those relief supplies, and our news team attended. Here's what one of the lead members of the organization had to say about the donations:
