In September of last year, attorney Norman Rodriguez spoke to our newsroom about the Plues Street "garbage corner." It's the corner of the narrow road where residents use as their personal dump. So, the trash piles up, affecting drivers and the health of everyone who lives there.
Rodriguez says that while the City Council comes and cleans up now and then, there's no enforcement, so the residents just keep on throwing the trash. He spoke with us again today.
