The Belize City Council has organized a 3-day workshop to strengthen the city's resiliency. It's in collaboration with the United Nations Disaster Risk Reduction, with help from NEMO. The program, entitled "Making Cities Resilient," tackles more than just climate resiliency, and Belize City is the first to undertake the initiative. We learned more about it today.
