And....there is also some good news for leukemia sufferer Jevon Mahler. He today received a letter from Centinela Hospital Medical Center in California.

The letter tells him that they are able to care for him and meet all his medical expenses as soon as he is able to travel to the U.S.. Of course, that bears its own complication, because he will need a U.S. visa for himself and his mother as well as airfare. Patricia Lanza, Jevon's mother, told us that as soon as she is able to secure financing for both the plane tickets and the visas she will go into the Embassy to apply.
