Busy Gov’t Office, Vital Stats Shut Down and Fumigated

And Covid-19 has shut down yet another department, this time it's the always congested Vital Statistics Unit.

A press release this morning advised the public of the closure of the office at Barrack Road and Queen Street for purposes of Sanitization. It also advised of the suspension of all of the Unit's services. It did not say if a member of staff has been infected.

A Tentative re-opening has been set for September 7, 2020.
