And while the Ministry of Health is pushing an aggressive awareness campaign, the Briceno government must still ponder the merits of a total lockdown to stop the virus form moving.

Michael Finnegan - Former Minister "I am glad I am not in a position to make that decision because it reminds me of the song which bridge to burn, which bridge to cross, you understand me but I believe that at the end of the day, the government will make the right decision. If you close down the country, how will you pay public officers? Ever think about that and you don't want people out here dead neither because you have to protect your citizens. There's got to be a balancing act."
