Vaxx, Test Or Go Home Day For Cops

Today was the day that police officers had to show up to work with proof of a vaccination or a negative COVID test.

Well, reliable reports say some of them in various formations did not show up with either and reports say - just as promised - they were sent home and marked as absent.

But, the Commissioner of police this morning via text called those reports nonsense and would not entertain any more questions on the matter.

but, we do know of cases where police were falling on the parade square here in Belize city and were sent home because they did not have tests or vaccine certificates.

They are pressing the police association to defend their right to do neither - but that has not been encouraging.
