And while school children won't need vaccine cards to enter those 59 schools - as of today - regular folks needed to show their vaxx cards, or a negative COVID test to enter all public buildings.
The offices we checked today such as Immigration, Traffic and Social Security - had lines outside with folks waiting to get in, as their vaccine cards or COVID tests had to be screened before they were allowed entry.
This is the implementation of the government soft mandate on vaccinations - that all government offices would have those requirements for entry. It's a major walkback from the original proposal to make it so that all public buildings and offices would have that requirement.
