The northern and western land borders were supposed to open tomorrow, but, this weekend, the Minister of Health reported that it is being pushed back - by a week.
A text note to the media says, quote, "Just want to advise that border will not open until (Monday) February 7th. This is to allow for time so that Cabinet to review the recommendations of the Covid Medical Advisory Team and also to ensure all preparations are set in place for a smooth reopening."
This is the third time Government has changed the date of the proposed border opening.
