...And Then There was Water in Progresso

And there is good news in the Northern Village of Progresso. It took four long dry weeks but residents finally have their water system working again. After much back and forth and bureaucracy, the Ministry of Rural Development finally came through with the money to install the $8,000 pump which keeps the water system going. Water service was restored on Thursday.
