Squatters in Krooman Complain As Private Landowner Closes In

And switching gears to a land dispute, the squatters of Krooman Lagoon are once again up in arms about what they say is an imminent removal from the area they call home.

Those acres just off the George Price Highway are said to belong to importer Jack Charles. We reached out to him for comment but up to news time haven't gotten a response.

But tonight one resident of the Krooman Lagoon Community, Ruben Cano, is crying foul saying they can't force him out after decades. Here's more:
