And as for the Sapodilla Cayes, Immigration officers were there too with over 2,000 persons visiting over the weekend:

"For that area of operation in the southern part of Belize, we have 760 or 63 passengers who came on vessels. It was 47 vessels that arrived at that port."

"We had also along those vessels a number of crew members as well who took the total number of persons who visited that island to 850 passengers, including crew. Would you guys be able to disclose how many Belizeans?"

"Well, these are more yachts and small vessels, small craft who visit from our neighbors, Guatemala and Honduras. We don't have much Belizeans who go out there. Okay."
