"No, I don't think anyone would be able to say that their budget is sufficient, especially for my office. I need more staff, I need more finance, I need a lot of things, but we have a committed staff. We have a staff that can work around it, and so we try our best to work around what we receive, but we do have the opportunity to request for reallocations if need so."
