It took a while to come around, but Government has accepted the decision and order of the U.S. Federal Court. Solicitor General Elson Kaseke today sent a sheepish letter to Wilman Black, the Secretary to BTL's board of directors, telling him to re-appoint two of Jeffrey Prosser's directors. That of course would mean, both technically and literally, disappointing two directors and those would be chosen, presumably from government's three appointees, who are: Director of the Financial Intelligence Unit, Keith Arnold, BTL CEO Gaspar Aguilar and Human Resources Manager Karen Bevans. The 8 member board will now comprise 4 Ashcroft/government directors and four Prosser directors.
