And in late breaking news of a political nature, earlier we told you about the public infighting in the PUP and the call by some party generals for the heads of Cordel Hyde and Mark Espat. Well that rift may have been smoothed over, or may be in the process of getting ironed out. 7NEWS has confirmed that this evening, Minister Mark Espat went to the Meighan Avenue residence of Ralph Fonseca for a meeting, reportedly convened by the Prime Minister who wants both sides to come to a peaceable agreement.

This video shows Espat's vehicle parked in front of Fonseca's residence, which has also been his camp's headquarters for the past two days. We can't say what will come out of the meeting, but it's a long way from where things started out this week when Espat publicly called out Fonseca. By tomorrow we should have some sense of whether this meting produced any peace.
