The Association of Concerned Belizeans has written the UDP. Sure, that's like a letter from the left pocket to the right, but what's new is not who's writing, but what's being said.
The ACB writes Barrow regarding mounting evidence aired by WAVE Radio of what it calls a land hustle. In his response the Opposition Leader declares that a United Democratic Party government would cancel all leases involved in the scandal, and re-acquire any lands that have been titled to what Barrow's letter calls cronies. Barrow's letter also advises third party purchasers of those lands that they should beware before they buy.
For all those well connected developers moving major acreages like it's a closeout sale, sounds to us like a real estate bust if ever there was one.
