And one of Mayor Moya's former favorite disciples, Phillip Fawda Henry, will lead a protest against city hall tomorrow.
He's been threatening it for weeks, but today, Phillip Fawda Henry showed us that he got his protest license - and will be picketing the Traffic Department.
Henry is one of those taxi-men who got a Taxi license plate form the council - only to have to taken back after it was discovered that those plates were being issued when a strict moratorium had been put in place.
Henry told us they denied him of a license plate and a means of earning a living and that's why he's going to protest tomorrow.
Phillip "Fawda" Henry - Protest Organizer

"The reason for this demonstration here is for us to send a message as Belizean citizens, that the Mayor must learn that if you got license plates issued by the council the right way, we must perform duties as business people. Tomorrow will be a really cool and peaceful demonstration at the Traffic Department, but if we don't get back our taxi license plates, I am going to say that the second one coming at the City Hall will not be any joke."
Henry says tomorrow's protest will be the first of two he plans to lead against City Hall...
