Their AGM is set for Friday and confirmed reports are that the current president, Gerald Henry Jr, has not put his name up for reelection. But the first Vice President, Dean Flowers has and he is looking to take the reins of the union. Flowers has been at the forefront of the trade dispute, engaging the media in various interviews and press conferences. Now, reports are that some senior union movers want Flowers to take over and for his election to go unopposed along with a new Vice President.

This change in leadership will be taking place in the middle of a trade dispute and strike action from the union.
