And that false attitude about losing out on a 3.4 million dollar deal is why the UDP says this Chairman has got to go:
Hon. Patrick Faber, Leader of the Opposition
"In his television appearances yesterday, basically said that competition is healthy and it is because B.T.L. is not up to the competition, that they have been losing business to the competition Smart Speednet. We find that to be unacceptable and we find that the Chairman is now not living up to what he professed on many occasions before he would live up to. And certainly, we make the call this afternoon for his resignation as Chairman of the Board of B.T.L.,"
"You know I like the description that some on the social media has been using as it relates to the chairman Mr. Lizarraga. They told the man that he is the proprietor of southside meats as if there was need for him to buy bacon or anything like that, that he would not go to Running W to buy that bacon i he could provide it within his own establishment."
The UDP has called on the government to cancel the contract which they claim without proof is not signed. They also question whether SMART is licensed Microsoft provider.
