Following that, Shyne asked the Minister of Public Service, Constitutional and Political Reform, Henry Charles Usher when he would convene a bipartisan commission to undertake the Constituency Redistricting process. And of course, the response couldn't happen without some back and forth and intervention from the Speaker.
Hon. Henry Charles, Minister of Public Service
"I've noticed that the member from the Mesopotamia with all the other titles has been traveling a lot, hobnobbing with the celebrities and indulging in high price alcohol without doing much else."
Hon. Shyne Barrow

"Again, this has nothing to do with the question of redistricting process, madam speaker."
Speaker of the House
"Thank you, member. Minister, I beg your indulgence, let's respond with the relevant question asked."
Hon. Henry Charles, Minister of Public Service
"Madam speaker, one would think that during all this travel time on the plane, on the train, the member would have taken the opportunity to read and learn that way he would see that his question is completely misplaced. so let me educate the member."
"Redistricting is an exercise to be conducted by the elections and boundaries commission, not the minster responsible for elections and boundaries. Number 2, elections and boundaries commission consists of representation from the government side and the opposition side so there already exists a bi partisan commission. albeit one representatives of the opposition not recommended by the member for Mesopotamia in his brief stint as leader of the opposition."
