The knock on city councillors Micah Goodin, Deannie Requena & Michael Novelo are that they're living so large that they went to Los Angeles just to be styling and profiling. And that's the vibe coming from within their own council - where the suggestion is - that they're living high while money is low.
But - not to be unfairly maligned - the trip of councilors sent out a release today saying the group "secured high school scholarships and more" during what is now being called "international outreach."
A release says they were visiting Belizeans living in Los Angeles, California and have secured 20 full scholarships for high school students, 1,000 school bags and other school supplies for Belize City youth.
They also say that the travelling expenses is being covered with personal funds and not Council cash.
