And in other news, 7News has learnt that the reserved space near mile one and a half on the Philip Goldson Highway had been leased to a private company. The space was fenced off and reports to our newsroom are that the Ministry of Natural Resources had issued the lease without the City Council's knowledge. The area is now being developed.
