And, all the interviews you've seen tonight with the PM and DPM were all conducted at this morning's Orange Walk Central's mobile land clinic - held at the People's Stadium.
It brought the tow most powerful men in cabinet together for something like the superbowl of patronage politics.
And we got to see them in full public outreach mode, resolving land issues and providing much-needed peace of mind for the people of Orange Walk.
You don't get to see it often, the Prime Minister mingling with his constituents as an area rep. He's represented Orange Walk Central for almost 30 years and the intimacy of the connection between PM Briceno and the residents of OW Central was visible today in their interactions. But even though this may be the Prime Minister's constituency, just like everywhere else, these people have land issues.

John Bricenco, Prime Minister
"When you look at what is out here when you think about land clinics you think it's just a few people coming out here from the Ministry of Natural Resources but it is a massive undertaking. We have about 40 members of staff working here with their computers. We have to make sure that they have good internet so that we can, after the issues that our people are finding that they're having. In effect what the DPM is doing is that he's bringing Belmopan to the people and that is what we are doing. We have several hundred people already. We from last week we have been writing down people's name, what is their issue so that we could try to move the process very quickly and so here we are trying to resolve as many problems as we can and to ensure that people can get the piece of land that they deserve."
It's these small housekeeping matters that the mobile clinics seek to address, and it's also great optics for the government.

Cordel Hyde, Deputy Prime Minister
"This is a two-day clinic all day today and all day tomorrow in fact we are probably gonna work well into tonight to ensure that all the persons who are here get their land certificates and their purchase prices and lease approvals and lease transfers and permission to survey and all that good stuff."

Ladrick Shepard, Mayor, Orange Walk
"We have been waiting for this for quite a while now. It has been done in another part of the district and also another part of the town central. People have issues there are lots of land issues, people want land. Here today you are going to get your land resolved and this is open not only for the people in Central but also for the residents in surrounding villages that are going to come out and resolve their land problems."
John Bricenco, Prime Minister
"We just had a widow who husband left the lease certificate for her but it's a lease certificate and that one it's a legal title so they need to be able to go to court and get the letter of administration but when you have the empirical evidence that the husband left it for the mother a certificate of lease can be cancelled but it is a legal process so we make it easier for these people. This lady is alone she lives in San Estevan and the cost would be prohibitive for her to be able to go to an attorney. Go to the Supreme Court in Belize City and go through the entire process so these are ways where you feel a sense of accomplishment that you help the people that really need the help."
Help, and a heaping pile of the best tacos in the land.
As an added attraction, today's land clinic featured free tacos, and Coke.
The land clinic continues tomorrow.
