And one minister who wasn't at that meeting was Jose Mai. He was in Orange Walk, and we'll tell you why later. But when we caught up with him this morning, we asked him his thoughts on the definitive agreement. But while most ministers we've asked would reflexively grandstand on the outrageous concessions, Mai was tightlipped on his views.

"I will not speak on that at this time. I cannot speak on that time."

"Your personal view?"

"No, no. I, um, I'm shocked. Okay. But I will not say more than that. I, um, in cabinet, we need to discuss this in a greater length. I do not want to say anything that will, will affect us or can affect or give the wrong perception of things. I want to be very clear of that. And when the time is right, I will give you an interview and my personal views, but at this time, I'll hold it close to my chest."
