And sucking to the Portico subject, both its principal investors, David Gegg and Gulab Sharma have recently been hammered in ads airing on TV. We asked the PM about it - but he said he doesn't watch TV:

Reporter
"What do you make of the political ads airing on think channel 5 and channel 7? Where it's one of the ads implicates Mr. Gulab Sharma and he basically says that I think in April a container of fake Air Jordans was busted and it was kind of kept hush hush."

John Briceno, Prime Minister
"Sorry to disappoint you, I don't watch your news. I read it afterwards, I just skim through and see what I need to read. And then when I get little clippings from the Monday morning rant, I say what? I can't say it on TV and say what is Jules Vasquez smoking because in so many things he is wrong and I've corrected him a few times and I mean if he is man enough he would accept it."

"Yes, so but I... Oh, you have corrected me many times even though you're wrong but you have correcting me. In your mind you're right. But the truth of the matter, I don't watch the ads. Honestly, the way I keep my sanity is I don't go to social media, I don't watch TV ads, I have to be focused at all time on the work that I do."

"So they could take about 100 ads or 2 ads or 1000 ads. I don't look at it, I don't have no... Who is keeping it hush hush? I mean..."

Jules Vasquez
"Were you aware of the customs confiscation of a container from the Free Zone of fake Air Jordans in April 18th?"

John Briceno, Prime Minister
"No, I was not aware and those things don't come to me. That is a custom matter, they don't come to me."

Reporter
"Would you chalk it up then as propaganda?"

John Briceno, Prime Minister
"I have no comment on that but it doesn't really... It doesn't matter, I mean if he was caught, he was caught."
