So what's going to happen in the next Senate Meeting, when a non-minister tries to move motions and bills? Well, probably not much. Peyrefitte says the UDP is watching and waiting before they act.
Michael Peyrefitte, UDP Senator "We're still looking into it, but yes we will, we will do something to indicate our objection to that."

Jules Vasquez:
"But will you try to block Mr Courtenay from conducting the job as Leader of Government Business?"
Michael Peyrefitte, UDP Senator
"I will give Mr Courtenay time to think and come to his senses. If you are resigning, leave. Why are you even putting the country in this vexing standing orders quandary to figure out, or maybe even a court to decide whether or not you can sit in the Senate or lead bills even though you're not a minister, why would you do that? Stay, bredda. Stay as Minister of Foreign Affairs or resign completely. Why would you even do this?"
