And while he doesn't see a dysfunctional administration, some int he senior command are acting as if they see a dysfunctional leader.
They've been posting in their commanders chat groups about examples of enlightened leadership - implying that their leader could learn from these examples. We asked the Compol about it:
Jules Vasquez
"But in the commander's chat I hear that they are like they are trying to show you up. The officers who are dissatisfied are posting little fables or vignettes on the effective leadership or a little story that explains how you are supposed to lead. The implication is that you are not matching up to that standard. I'm sure you have seen these."
Chester Williams, Commissioner of Police
"I have not seen them Jules, but I dare them to bring it to me. And at the end of the day, I know my capabilities and trust me, it's always good to sit on a fence and believe that you can do the job of someone. But when you get in the person's shoes and you get and you begin to do the work, then you come to that realization if you can or you cannot."

"And so whoever want to criticize me behind my back, then by all means they can go ahead. Just don't bring it in front of my face because I'm going to deal with it. Simple as that."
Jules Vasquez
"I heard you told them that you will be here until are 55."
Chester Williams, Commissioner of Police
"Jules, you are my best friend. I have told you I'm not going to stay here until I'm 55."
