For the blue slate, it almost seemed like a cakewalk - the 4 UDP constituency strongholds held up their defenses, but PUP conquered all the others, eviscerating them.
And once the final result was out, there was no fanfare - just the quiet acknowledgement of a win that Mayor Bernard Wager and his team fully expected.
