Turning now to the Sugar Industry Commission of Inquiry, when we spoke to Minister Mai two weeks ago we learned that there are concerns were raised on the Commission of Inquiry's work into the sugar industry, where BSI stated they would not cooperate with any commission which seeks to intrude into their private business affairs. Mai maintained that "The Commission of Inquiry's focus has never changed and The terms of reference from the onset were very clear."
