And while that education matter is one pressing issue in the public, super minister Fonseca still has to focus on Culture, Science and Technology, Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade.
Except, now he will be getting some help in Foreign Trade. As we told you yesterday, newly elected Osmond Martinez is the new Minister of state in the ministry foreign trade. Fonseca says he could use the help.

"I am very happy For the minister, New sworn in Minister Osmond Martinez joins us at the ministry of foreign trade as you know appointment of ministers minister of state is solely a matter for the Prime Minister, but he was gracious enough to discuss it with me a few weeks ago and we agreed that he could serve a very useful purpose there. He has over the past 3 1/2 years developed. I think a very good community working relationship with our international partners working as a CEO at the Ministry of economic development will put to good use at the ministry of foreign trade and as you said, I have so many other responsibilities so I certainly welcome the opportunity to share. Some of that with someone I believe is very competent and who will be able to support me ably."
