Henry Charles Usher, Minister of Public Service:
"You're asking me to talk on behalf the of the entire government? I don't think I can do that."

Henry Charles Usher, Minister of Public Service:
"I think it's a decision made by the Cabinet to support our cane farmers and to support the association so I support the decision of Cabinet."
