Well all indications are that they intend to get back in bed with Ashcroft and his company for some "Pillow Talk". Presently the bottom line on who would own and control BTL is first and foremost that two_ 'C' shareholders would have to team up to take control of the company and that alliance of two could be Ashcroft and government, Ashcroft and Prosser, or Prosser and government. Secondly, whoever wants to control BTL, assuming that excludes Jeffrey Prosser will have to find about US$85 million, but US$57 million because the Carlisle shares which cost US$57 million, only represent 'B' shares which only account for two of the company's 8 directors. Again, a nettled mess that we'll have to watch develop over the next few days and possibly weeks.
