Citywide Power Outage Planned for Tomorrow Morning

City residents who need fans to sleep well, had better go to bed early tonight because tomorrow at dawn - there will be a citywide power outage. BEL announced this evening that it has to make emergency repairs which will force a planned power outage from 5:00 am to 8:00 am across most of the city.

The problem is a damaged cross arm which needs urgent repairs. The utility's public relations desk explains that even if tomorrow at dawn seems inconvenient, if the repairs aren't done immediately, it could trip the line, which would cause a longer outage, possibly at a more inconvenient time.
