It may have slipped from the headlines, but the child curfew in Belize City is still on. That's the word from the Ministry of Human Development which today sent out a release reminding parents that no child should be on the street after 8 pm without parental supervision. Since its implementation on July 13th, 22 children have been picked up. The curfew cops found that most of those kids on the street were out on errands for their parents. They were returned to their parents with just a caution. The curfew will run indefinitely.
