The retail price in all urban areas of the country is current regulated at 1 dollar and 13 cents per pound or 113 dollars for a hundred-pound tank. When the price change takes effect, the new retail price in urban areas will be 1 dollar and 21 cents per pound or 121 dollars for a hundred-pound cylinder. Prices will be a bit higher in the rural areas of the country.
