The ComPol also clarified whether taxi drivers will be able to work - considering the only people who should be catching a cab are those who have essential reasons. He also added a note about tortilla stands, since residents in the north have been concerned over whether they'll be able to buy or sell, and bakeries.

"Taxi stands will not be allowed to open on that day and so yes while taxi operators may be allowed to operate, they must operate based on calls and the calls must be essential. If they are called for a non-essential service then they must decline that employment. Only essential movements will be permissible."

Restaurants will only be able to open if they are attached to a hotel, and if someone who is not staying at the hotel purchases food, they must take it to go.
