As we reported yesterday, 18-year-old Jeremy Rhaburn has been charged for the attempted murder of his 15 year old little brother. But police have now also charged him for Grievous Harm, Use of Deadly means of harm, and Handling stolen goods.
The handling charge arises because the gun he used to shoot his little brother, a 9-millimeter pistol had been stolen from a Chinese operated mini-mart on Christmas Day.
