It's a crime that's occurring with disturbing frequency: young men and women thrown off bicycles and grown men take them away. But today justice was swift for one of those bullies.

Two bullies charged with threatening a 12-year-old year old boy and then riding off on his bike went before a magistrate today. The boy is Neville Armstrong and he told police that last night at corner of Pen Road and Raccoon Street Extension he was approached by two men who told him to get off the bike or they would beat him up. Neville got off bike but he was able to identify 20 year old James Eligio and 19-year-old Leroy Gomez as his attackers.

In court today James Eligio pled down to burglary and magistrate Sharon Fraser sentenced him to 5 years. Gomez mantains his innocence and was remanded to prison until January 3rd. Eligio told the court that Gomez woke him out of bed and told him to rob the boy.
