Dog Bites 5-year-old Boy's Penis; Owners Charged

Their vicious dog bit a 5-year-old boy's penis and tonight 39-year-old Steven Young and 28-year-old Lisa Matura are the ones in trouble. You heard right the boy's mother told police that last Sunday she went to her neighbor to pick up food and heard screams. Those screams came from her 5-year-old son who was bleeding from his groin area. A further checked that boy's penis was bitten and a brown dog did it. Matura and young were charged with grievous harm and permitting an unmuzzled ferocious dog to be at large. Both were granted and met bail of $1,000.
