During the recent 16 days of gender violence awareness much was made of the fact that men are sometimes the victims of domestic violence. Well, proof of that came in Santa Elena Town when 31-year-old Lea Johnson allegedly stabbed her common law husband, the much younger 20-year-old Emerson Anthony.
It happened on Friday evening just after 5:00 when the two were having an argument, and Johnson allegedly ended it by stabbing Neal to the chest. Johnson has been arrested for attempted murder, dangerous harm and use of deadly means of harm. Her common law remains hospitalized in a stable condition.
