Mechanic Lloyd Bodden was killed on the street in broad daylight on a city street as he worked under a car, and now, there was no one to answer to the murder. On December 15th, one of the accused, 27 year old Roger Anthony walked off charges of murder and yesterday, the second accused also walked. 20-year-old Mark Alamilla appeared in Magistrate's Court before Roberto Ordonez for a preliminary investigation. The prosecution was not ready to present their case however and the case was struck out for want of prosecution. Both Anthony and Alamilla had been freed of the charge before but it was reinstated on December 1 of this year. Both men also had a charge of conspiracy to commit murder withdrawn. Bodden was executed by a gunman on bicycle as he worked under a vehicle on Ebony Street on February 10th of this year.
