Brick Hurled At Ombudsman's Jeep

His job is to address and investigate complaints made by the public, but one man who wasn't satisfied with the Ombudsman's investigation, sought to get his own kind of outlaw justice, not on the people who did him wrong, but on the man who didn't discipline them for it. Sometime after 3:00 yesterday afternoon, a man who had taken a police brutality complaint to the Ombudsman, threw a cement brick at the windshield of the office's Jeep Cherokee, which is parked beside the Ombudsman's office. Police have detained the man, based on a past incident in which he complained, got frustrated and did the same thing.
