A month ago he was found guilty of the murder of businessman Inez Leal and today 22 year old Jermaine Pascasio was sentenced. After considering the testimonies of character witnesses as mitigation pleas Justice Troadio Gonzales sentenced Pascasio to life imprisonment. Pascasio was found guilty on February 9th and his sentencing was scheduled for April 5 but it was adjourned until April 7 and then until today.
Inez Leal the proprietor of Blankie's Store was shot and killed on September 23rd of 2003 in broad daylight during the robbery at Blankie's store over $9,000 was stolen.
