Cinderella Plaza Home Invasion

A man was shot multiple times last night during a home invasion. Around 9:00, 36-year-old Martin Santos was at home on Matron Roberts Street in the Cinderella Plaza area along with his girlfriend and two other friends when two men stormed in. One of them pointed a handgun at him, and in a struggle for the gun, several shots were fired. After that, the men ran out, and went to get his own licensed pistol, but by that time, the intruders were long gone.

Santos was taken to the KHMH where he was admitted with gunshots to the right elbow, upper left arm and left side of the abdomen. Santos told police he does not know the intruders or why they attacked him. Police are investigating.
