Brother Opens Fire on Brother. Was He Drunk?

He is accused of shooting his own brother with a shotgun, but did alcohol play a part in it? At 7:00 last night, 36-year-old Rafael Vasquez says his brother came home extremely drunk, and fired a shotgun at him, leaving him injured to the abdomen, left arm and left leg. Rafael Vasquez was transported to the San Ignacio Hospital where he was reported in a serious condition while his brother has been detained by police.
