Last week police charged the person they believe to be the mother of the newborn that was left abandoned on a Roaring Creek verandah. Well now, they have charged the father, who police believe, helped her to conceal he is 28 year old Gary Young and both were today arraigned on charges of abandonment of infant. Despite her harsh introduction to the world, the infant is thriving and foster parents have been designated.
