Stepfather Molests Mentally Challenged Stepdaughter

A Sandhill man is tonight remanded in the Hattieville Prison for allegedly raping his mentally challenged 7-year-old stepdaughter.

The allegation is that on Saturday, while the child's mother and sisters were in Belize City, she was left in the care of her stepfather and her 12-year-old brother. It is during that time the molestation allegedly occurred. A doctor has confirmed the child has indeed been carnally known. The stepfather was today arraigned in court on a charge of rape. Bail was denied and his next court appearance is September 6th. He was represented in court by Oswald Twist.
