A toddler died yesterday in San Pedro. 21-year-old Dina Pag says that around 5 pm she was busy doing housework when she noted that her only child, 2-year-old Oliver Amaya was not around. She and her husband made desperate searches and found him drowned in a small pond just behind their house. Police are not likely to charge her.
